Reaction-Cross contamination- 14 feb 2017

 

I am sharing this photo as a way to teach and share. There are more on my personal facebook page. These are a reaction from cross contamination from a gluten or corn source item. Yes, this really does happen with those items, even minute amounts can cause great havoc. My chin really nice compared to the other day. It makes it somewhat challenging to go out in public looking this way. Please understand that even a little bit of contamination can affect someone. If you have questions ask and learn. Thank you

March 1-Still got peeling skins and it itches like a bugger. Plus there is a rash around the back of my neck.

This is in my master bath. I painted the background for the dolphins by blending the colors to the tone and hue I wanted. I added white for the wave peaks. It could be a moon or sun on the horizon, depending on my mood. Now I just need to work my way out ward with the rest.

My husband bought the dolphins in Hawaii on a trip wth the military. You could see the dolphins as a couple or a parent and child or two friends.

How would you see them?

The background is my own creation the Dolphins were purchased by my husband on a trip to Hawaii.

Weekly Drops of Wisdom-Oil Spotlight-Melaleuca

Melaleuca, also known as Tea Tree oil, is one of my favorite doTERRA essential oils because it is versatile and has range of applications. What I love most about Melaleuca is its benefits for the skin and hair. I often put a drop or two of Melaleuca into my moisturizer, or even directly on my face after washing to reap the benefits of this purifying, toning essential oil. I also like to place a few drops of Melaleuca in my shampoo, or give myself a scalp massage with Melaleuca and Fractionated Coconut Oil.

I love hearing stories of the outreach of Wellness Advocates in communities across the country! dōTERRA provided this amazing story about Jennifer Thomas who volunteers her time at a local hospital and hospice center in order to bring comfort and care to the patients in a way that the doctors and nurses don’t always have time to give. https://doterra.com/US/en/about/caring-jennifer-thomas

As a youth I had opportunities to visit with and listen to those adults older that were much older than me, who could no longer get out as much. I learned from these fountains of wisdom many things that continue to bless my life. In my adult years, I have been able to volunteer with community organizations that help the suffering of those and to bring rays of light to those around me. Visiting those in the Veterans Hospital is one way. Taking time to visit veterans in their homes. Helping set up event venues for Home school conference has been great too. Now because of time and distance I do more volunteer work for the home school community online and over the phone answering questions about home schooling. Giving encouragement to those just starting their homeschool journey. I continue to enjoy volunteering with Community organizations as I am able.
